Sharing some more good news!

i'm sure you've heard of somerset magazines which are published by stampington & company and among which is somerset digital studio publication - a high quality (printed) semi-annual magazine for digital art.  i am proud to announce that some of my work is going to be published in the up-coming september issue!!
 woohoo!! you have no idea how proud i was to find out such terrific news... i am thrilled & waaaaay beyond happy!

i've always loved that publication because of the variety of new ideas, the projects and the abundance of inspiration! i can hardly believe my pages are going to be part of it!

Back to blogging!

 hi again. it's me returning after almost 4 weeks away and this time i'm staying put for a while. i have not done any real steady blogging for a while with holiday traveling and all but now with back to school time i am ready to resume my routine again. i am going to ease myself back into it though.

 i trust that none of you have missed my blogging too much since i know many of you have had a summer full of activities also and i have probably spared you a few mondays without a blog entry. 

well...... i'm heeeeere and i'm glad to be back!

being away from scrapping was the hardest thing of all and i found myself missing keeping in touch with all of you. thanks for keeping my blog going without me and your comments coming.  by the way, i just checked the comment section and i am hoping all of your comments are going through ok?? and i see the spammy ones being filtered as they are supposed to.

I've been published!

happy monday everyone! i've known for a while but i just didn't have the time to tell you about it. i've been published in scrapbook news and review magazine! yey!  you can find four of my layouts under one of the magazine's monthly features "by style: graphic and modern".

it is always such a nice feeling to have my layouts make an appearance among so many talented artists. thanks snr!!

So much for getting back to routine!

due to some unexpected circumstances i am going to have to be away again! (by the time you are reading this i'll be away from miami once again)

 not to worry, it is nothing terrible - just that having family and business back home in el salvador means sudden circumstances arising which require for me to be there.

i don't have a returning date so far but i know that at least it is going to have to be before the beginning of the school year which is august 23rd.

i am bringing my old laptop with me so this time i am hoping to still be able to post on mondays as i usually do and have some time to create some new word art too.

among all the e-mails i received last week, i got one from kalina who had just discovered my blog and she rak her new kit to me! how cool is that?! i have been super busy since i returned but i manage to do a couple layouts with it & i am sure i am going to be using it many more times.
